Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band primarily based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, kpop wholesale backing vocals).
